US Bank short sales
Word to the wise and professional Doctors. We recently lost a short sale to foreclosure because US Bank has a less than favorable opinion of Doctors having hardships. We have never had anyone who has had 26% decrease in income, relocation, divorce and victim or fraud by a Real Estate Company who rented the home to known criminals who had been incarcerated for forgery and still be denied because that is not to qualify you for a hardship. This hit close to home for me since my husband is a Doctor and our mortgage is with US Bank. I would caution ALL physicians thinking of continuing bank relations with US Bank. We are working on switching all of our investments and refinancing our mortgage immediately.
